It's been a quiet sort of week. There were so many activities over Xmas that the New Year was all about resting.The Hamattan season is here. New Year's Eve and New Year's Day were very quiet for us. Our neighbours had fireworks going which really unsettled Tyson.January 2 was a holiday because of Eid Ul Adha - nothing much happened because everyone was tired.Hamattan came with a vengeance on New Years Day - quite severe!I wish everyone a prosperous 2007.

Yesterday, December 27 was Daddy's birthday. I was at the office during the day but V and Mummy organised a nice party in the garden for Daddy.I got back in time to join in the fun. Our Christmas holiday was fantastic. As usual traffic built up considerably so shopping became a nightmare. I did most of my shopping in the run up to Xmas after 9pm when most shoppers were on their way home. K's car broke down during the week and the mechanic suggested he replace the engine.So we went into town hunting for a new Daewoo engine. We stopped at the bank for some money and cappuccino first. Then had a fun time haggling with the spare parts dealers.Last week was good at work Friday was Farmer's Day.The traffic ...its getting really bad in the run up to Christmas.

Baby J is a week old today. Congratulations! Both V and him are at home now.I visited them at home and K was playing with Baby J. He let me carry him a bit and we took a few pictures. Of course Chrissy was there in the mix saying "baby not say hello... only crying". She adores him.I'm happy for KVCJ... everything's going well.
